According to pnpdump, my NIC is programmed to use irq3.... i've tried all 
available irq's and still nothing.  Now... the card claims to have a 
programmable irq, but it didn't come with any manual, and i've had a helluva 
time trying to find some way to switch the card's irq in debian.
