If you are connecting to a server running INN, it is configured to throttle article flow to sucking feeds by default. You will see articles arrive in a regular pattern of say 20 articles, pause, 20 more, pause. The only way to correct it is to get the provider to recompile INN with one of its op

The problem lies with inn, not suck. I can't remember the fix - I think it's somewhere in the inn FAQ. Check that you have added your local hostname to /etc/news/hosts.nntp (a guess at the fix). Use get-news for collecting your news. It will work fine once you get over this problem. > give comman
