I tried the command line suggestion of:
cdrecord -v -dummy speed=2 dev=0,0 cd_image.raw
with no luck ... here's the output from cdrecord if someone can help?!?!?

I've been trying to get my new Acer CD-RW drive working with no luck so far
(after 4-5 weeks - on and off).
I first tried under Win98 SE and Win2000 (including updating firmware,
motherboard drivers & ASPI layer
etc.) - but Windows would sometimes not detect the drive at all, or hang when
