Had a problem with Postfix. I was altering some of the default values
to the ones that I prefer myself. For some reason when I re-started it
an error message came up on the screen which didn't make a lot of sense.
To cut a long story short I thought it might be better to re-install
postfi

no that is wrong, the sticky bit is set for the same reason its set on
/tmp and /var/tmp.

This is sticy bit. Some mailer usethis as locking mechanism. (I had
similar problem with q-mail).

I solved my problem by making the directory maildrop worldwidewriteable.
But this is sh*t.
The "T" Flag is (from the manpage):
save program text on swap device (t)
Don't understand it, anyway.
Another box which I am admin of has the same permissions for the
directory maildrop as I had: drwx-wx--T
