I solved my problem by making the directory maildrop worldwidewriteable. But this is sh*t.
The "T" Flag is (from the manpage): save program text on swap device (t) Don't understand it, anyway. Another box which I am admin of has the same permissions for the directory maildrop as I had: drwx-wx--T and there it doesn't seem to have problems. So what's really going on?
