If your package contains amd64 binaries, no way: 32-bits binaries can be
executed on a 64-bits platform, as it is backward compatible, but not
the contrary. Though it is technically possible to create a dual-arch
binary, AFAIK, it isn't the case for Debian. Of course, if your package

Only if you install and run a 64bit kernel and install the needed
dependencies, starting with libc6:amd64.
