Squirrelmail folder problem

I've got Squirrelmail 1.4.5 installed on my unstable box using sid with PHP4, uw-imap ssl and apache2. The installation went fine. But everytime I access the Folder link, there's nothing happen. Apache2 error log says "Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 169 bytes)".

which one is the best webmail ??? I've been looking for this ... squirrelmail ? openwebmail ? or ... ( i prefer openwebmail cause it has a tool to export address book from CSV file ) but it seem that it doesn't maintain well or at least its forum looks like abandoned. Many users moaning out there.
