changing to esd plugins = still won't work got to kill esd ... <snip> before alsa update to 1.0.6, i used to make xmms use alsa directly via plugins. and it worked fine. xmms played mp3s either gnome sound schemes. yes, i have libesd-alsa0 installed. ===== ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I love Linux but how many years will I wait to have awesome games run on my linux box ???
