I think I have a solution that might work. I went back and renamed the /lib/modules/2.2.19/net/bsd_comp.o module to /lib/modules/2.2.19/net/bsd_comp.o.orig and rebooted. Concentric worked fine after that. Looks like a problem in the module. I didn't see any mention about it in bug track, but don't
