I got everything working (even as I don't know most of the stuff there
:-) ), except ethernet card.

I find the problem.
It was php4-gd2 package that causing the problem.
Something about library error.
Step to solve it:
1. install php4-cgi
2. run my php file from CLI
3. got the error.
4. remove php4-gd2 (I lost phppgadmin for this one, hopefully next
apt-get update fix the problem).

The subject is a oneliner description of my problem.
System: Debian Sid/Unstable with some packages from experimental.
My php script doesn't show me anything after an installation of
phpgroupware suites (but I cant say this for sure, too, since I haven't
tries these php scripts after

issue can be resolved.

Have you tried to boot from Debian Installation CD-1? And enter
rescue=/dev/hdaXX -> where your root was.
Or you could also try rescue-floppy?

For the console problem. I have it too, but since I don't like the text
only mode in console, I use My video-card (Radeon) frame buffer instead
of VESA. It works nicely, al
doesn't work anymore. irda0 is an
alias for nsc-ircc I sets in modules.conf. But when I modprobe nsc-ircc
directly, it work.
But overall,
I like the new kernel.

- How do I disable Anti-Aliasing in gnome2? I tried using
font-setting, and set none for anti-alias, but it's just
make my font looks uglier.
