Yes it is, you will need Xfree ver 4.0 from XFree.org and the nvidia drivers for linux from the nvidia site. You would be better off installing X4 from debs if possible though, this will prevent problems in future. (Unlike me! I used the install scripts from Xfree.org) Regards Wayne. -Origin

Hi, I installed the gnome debs from ximian using dselect, no probs. I get the log in box, but when I try and log in as User, it throws me back to log in box, starts fine as root though. Tried renaming .gnome and .sawfish files in my home directory to another name but this hasn't helped. Any ideas
