Hi all:
I recently tried apt-get upgrading my stable distribution to woody. I
did a standard
'apt-get update; apt-get upgrade'. Below are the contents of my
/etc/apt/sources.list
and the error message I am getting. I think its a problem with the perl
distribution in woody
but I am not sure how
to debug this problem. I
have successfully compiled and am using a variety of other packages on
this machine including Blackbox, Enlightenment (latest off CVS),
gnome-libs etc.
Thanks

I was wondering if someone could provide me with some help on this
problem.
Thanks in advance,

is that it is libc6 related or something.
Any clues into this are much appreciated,

Hi;
I posted about this a couple of weeks ago and someone responded with
apossible solution. But this did not seem to work so here I go again. I
would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here.
I installed Debian 1.3.1 off the InfoMagic Developers CD. This release
incorporates th
coming back with the IRQ of the card.
Below is what my networks file looks like. Can someone
help me target the problem? When I boot with kernel 2.0.29
that was installed with Debian, things work just fine. Am i
doing something wrong while compiling the kernel?
Thanks in advance,

tays there whenever I try
to move the mouse. The device driver in the XF86Config is set to
/dev/ttyS0. gpm works fine so I know the mouse is working ok.
Anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix the problem?

Hello;
I am interested in installing Debian on a 486 machine. This machine does
not have a CDROM drive so I will have to download the whole package and
install it from floppies/ftp. Here is my situation; I will be connecting
the 486 on Ethernet to an NT box. I would like download all the pac
