The only thing I really missed from firefox is
Tabbrowser extension, hopefully konqueror developers will add some similar
functionalities in konqueror :)

don't recognize the webcam; xorg does not
have a v4l2 driver available either (at least in sid); anybody know how can I
do to use that camera in kde?

d I've never been in this state of chaos before; I had to uninstall all xorg related packages and install them again (I'm happy to have one local machine with apt-proxy, so I haven't wasted time downloading everything again :) ).

I have exactly the same problem, but I'm using 32 bit kernel on a AMD64 cpu,
xfree86 and an ATI card. I always thought that the problem is the driver from
ATI, but now I guess is something with kde.
I wil try another graphical login (gdm maybe) to see what happens.

My hard disk has a defective block, I'm trying to use partimage to copy the

startx if fails, the same happens with the graphical login manager. I don't
have any problem using a normal user.

I've recently upgraded to KDE 3.2 (I'm running sid); after applications like
mozilla-firefox have huge menu fonts if I run them from KDE. If I run from
KDE gnome-font-properties, then all the gtk2 apps get the right font size for
the menus.
Anybody got the same problem?

When I'm using konsole, the and keys don't work in bash.
The keys work fine in bash in xterm and console. Also, they work using vi in
konsole.

'losetup -e blowfish ~/encripted_file' I get the following error (after
typing the password):
