galeon 1.3 single-click paste

Hi. I have managed to make galeon 1.3 open a web-page when one middle-clicks by playing with gconf settings. Single-click pasting (ie. normal X pasting) does not seem to work in web-form entries. I have to press C-v, or similar. Any way to restore standard X paste behaviour? Thanks Neilen

How to make jed have the same keybindings as xemacs

like jed grabs the mouse when running on the console, which prevents me from using gpm to cut-n-paste between consoles. How can I make jed leave the mouse alone? On a more general note, am I the only one who finds it funny that some basic emacs movement keys are re-mapped by default in jed?
