I have just tried your advice. It did not work. I installed the
virtualbox repository as described at the Virtualbox homepage.
Furthermore, I installed the dkms package.
I tried to install Debian-Testing. The installation process went
smoothly. Then after the restart, I just got the messaage, that

I am going to try the upstream repository in the evening.
Nevertheless, as written in my first mail, I got problems with
installing Debian-Testing on my old Toshiba laptop. I just checked the
model number. It's a Toshiba Satellite P300-1BB. Model No.:
PSPCCE-01K001GR. Deb

happened.
As I have written above these errors only occured with Debian-Testing.
Debian-Stable worked fine on Virtualbox and the Toshiba laptop. So, I
don't think there are some hardware problems.
Now, the question remains, where to post this bug. I'd be glad at any help.
