Spanning wallpaper across monitors in Plasma is a pain. A github project,
"superpaper," works fine on X. But it doesn't work on Wayland.
Does anyone know how to span wallpaper across monitors, in Plasma, using
Wayland?

machines to it.

depends on libraries in unstable, you might want to bite

1. I wasn't using a macro, such as -me, so th
mmand to grops doesn't seem to help:
groff -P -pletter foo.txt
produces postcript formatted for A4 paper.

But if you like to resize windows a lot, ion makes it easier than
ratpoison. I just run all my applications fullscreen, on either the
left monitor or the right monitor, so ratpoison makes more sense.

update-rc.d -f gdm remove
removes all the gdm links in the /etc/rc.d/ directories.
update-rc.d also lets you set different priorities for different
runlevels with a single command.

to use a wm that keeps the desktop metaphor, I can quickly exit
ratpoison and switch to another wm without losing any of my windows.
Once I'm done with that program, I exit the "desktop" wm, and go back to
ratpoison.
