lains about dependencies until it gets down

reinstalling it to no avail.
Has anybody else encountered this? Is there woody boxes out there running
Helix?!
Thanks!

Aahhh that would explain it. I don't have any objections to upgrading to

So I've downloaded all of KDE2's .deb files instead of fiddling around with

Now, what's the order or the "main" package to install first? A mere dpkg -i
*.deb reports a boatload of dependencies problems...

Is there any Debian packages out there to turn my box intoa treaming MP3

suppose there is plugins for XMMS or MPG123 out there. Having .DEBs would

I'd like to get it, so I can finally scale those truetype fonts, like I did

Earlier on, somebody mentionned a file that came with Vim's doc that could be
useful for Mutt when Vim was set as the default editor. I don't seem to have
*any* 'examples' folder in /usr/doc/vim, /usr/share/vim or /usr/share/doc/vim.
Is it part of another package ?!

Yeah I used to think Mutt was too hard to configure (~/.muttrc). Now that I
used the example .muttrc that came with the package, it's very useful.

I've got xfstt up and running and serving me with nice TrueType fonts. Now, is
there a way to scale those fonts ? Right now I can only seem to get one default

it in Debian, I just don't know how...

When I do a simple "mail somebody" and I try to send the email , this is what I

The email eventually goes through, but it's

something else than black. It's a problem, because my background is black

I seldom use dselect. It's always apt-get for me. But from time to time I
like to browse available packages and install via dselect, but I don't
feel like installing the extra 59 packages, especially since it's stuff I
never asked for (telnetd for instance).
