Stay away from Linksys Proconnect switches. They are
crap. I have three computers hooked up to a four port
switch. Once everything is running it works just
fine, but booting from a total shutdown is a pain:
the kvm won't recognize the keyboard unless you power
up the switch at exactly the right

Blanktime, StandbyTime, SuspendTime and OffTime in the
"Screen" section of /etc/X11/XF86Config.

experiments. The music and photo ones went well, but
my copy of deb 2.2r3 seems to not be entirely correct.
all the file names are truncated (8.3) and in
caps.
The shortened names correspond to the abbreviated
