There used to be a file called /usr/X11R6/X11/doc/README.Config, where is
it now?
Also there is some confusion about the location where the file XF86Config
produced by XF86Setup is saved, could abybody enlighten about that
Here was the problem:
I start XF86Setup
choose the card in card settin

4 MB.
I could do 1280x1024 in windows, but X does not like it. I use 1024x768
which is ok
but I need more space.
The problem is related with the server isn't it?
I don't know why there is no dedicated server for these
out there? The reason I moved to Debian is
cause I was
thinking I would get more control as to what I would be installing on my
machine and all the
other configuration issues. I don't want SUPERCLEVER installation
engines, I just want to
know what is going on!!

of having to have them created manually? (I don't know where
apt-get keeps its log files if any)
