just like when I tried to compile from nvidia source.
One person recommended that I needed to update modutils,
I have not yet tried this.
Any suggestions?

ree86, the voodoo monitor resumes my console.
Are there additional tests I can perform
to check voodoo and sstfb.o?
What I had hoped for was to use the voodoo card with mesa
and get improved OpenGL performance.
