Thanks for spotting of the error in the sources.list. It error message was
confusing me.
I did run apt-get dist-upgrade after apt-get update.
The process ground to a halt with a problem over dependency error over
'default-jre'
After googling the new error I had to run:
apt-get -o APT::Immediate

I am experiencing some deterministic packet drop:
- when I tcpreplay on "lo" some pcap (0.pcap) file,
that traffic does not reach listening applications
- when I change source IP address from whatever it was to, e.g.,
10.0.10.6, 10.0.10.7 etc,
then when I try to replay the modified pcap

Hello list,
My box is configured to the local time zone from beginning, both hwclock and
system time.
But linux always favor hwclock to UTC. What is the advantage of doing that ?
If I need my hwclock to UTC then what should be the right way to do that ?
I have followed "dpkg-reconfigure tzdata"
