More likely that I don't carry round my tower through different timezones, then saving BIOS settings. It would be interesting to know, if laptop users who e.g. often fly from one continent to another, tend to keep their home country time, or if they tend to switch the local entry. I guess I would keep the config, even when using UTC and as a watch I would use a world clock application.
