According to Apple's web site, it's not a client. It's a development
tool to write Java programs that incorporate QuickTime video. The

Think about your systems operation, once it's up. A number of my machines

Okay, I tried running XF86Config, I selected the correct protocol for my
mouse and it still didn't work. So I just broke down and installed Storm.

Hi people,
I decided to repartition my drives and install potato from scratch
using my hot-off-the-press CD set, but am now having problems
negotiating a PPP connection with my ISP under the new configuration.
Issuing "pon", the modem dials out, I/O LEDs flash briefly, then
nothing. Attempts

Hello,
I need to compile the old kernel 2.0.36 on a Potato machine (gcc
2.95.2-14). I know that gcc versions 2.8 and up won't compile these old
kernels unless a patch is applied to them.
I patched the 2.0.36 kernel with the patch file found at
http://www.suse.de/~florian/kernel+egcs.html but stil
Try searching round for Andre Hedrick's IDE kernel patch for ATA-66 and
ATA-100.
IIRC he's got an IDE web site too, which will probably provide a
downloadable version, if you can't find the patch used for the udma66
options in potato.

Yes,
I've had this myself, when upgrading a kernel from a source .rpm under
Redhat.

I think you are looking for these files:

I am new to Linux and Debian and needs to find out how to change the name
(both machine and domain) and ip-address.
To install Debian over the internet I took my machine with me to the company
where I work and used a name/ip-address of a machine I temporarly
disconnected.
Now when I have taken th
