This is a package issue. not related to kdm itself
I thought of sending this as a wish, however I suspect it to be error.
At kdm install time, apt notices the configuration file /etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc has
been changed by me, and request to reset it
g has little to do with the current instability of kde in unstable.
Sorry, I couln't let this pass. I'm not the writer of the original bug, but I
think Josh was a bit too quick with his fingers, and maybe ow the writer an
apologie.

s far as I know, you must still be root to mount anything not in fstab)
Also I suspect the configuration change I should have done does not involve
something like adding all the possible /dev/sda, b, c, d, 1,2,3,4,5,...
to /etc/fstab. Or should It ?
