I think the one (Josh) that closed this bug didn't actually read the bug at all. From what I read, the bug in question is a wish to have the help file to at least point to the document already placed in /usr/shared/doc instead of the unhelpfull "Unable to provide help"
This bug has little to do with the current instability of kde in unstable. Sorry, I couln't let this pass. I'm not the writer of the original bug, but I think Josh was a bit too quick with his fingers, and maybe ow the writer an apologie. Just my 2 c Ernest.
