After upgrading my system to version 4:4.6.3-3 of kde4libs packages, kdm failed
to start properly, leaving a blank screen with blinking cursor. There were no
error messages in either /var/log/
I guess "systemsettings" is the correct package to report to. Can I
change this? Can someone? Thank you. :)

System Settings crashes when clicking on System and PolicyKit authorization.
Crashing is instant and happens every time.
System settings will not run as administrator. By that I mean it will not run
