A workaround for now could be that a akonadi is started using a script with #! /bin/sh /usr/bin/akonadictl start In $HOME/.kde/Autostart/force-akonadistart.sh (dont forget to make it executable). At least here it works a lot better than automatic starting of akonadi by kde itself.
