Forget the #277998 bug, apparently it was just a broken configuration in my
box. I don't know exactly why, but Konqueror had some specific window
parameters stored. I have removed these settings and now Konqueror opens in
the current workspace. :)

Some of the IRC advanced setting are not saved. It concerns options to display
automaticelly the server window or the anonymous windows. I set the options,
click on OK, remodify the settings: the default values are restored.

When I open a new konqueror window the new windows is not opened in the
current workspace but in the workspace where the last konqueror window has
been opened. It concerns all opening methods: konqueror menu
(Document>NewWindow, Ctrl+N) or from a konqueror
