Forget the #277998 bug, apparently it was just a broken configuration in my box. I don't know exactly why, but Konqueror had some specific window parameters stored. I have removed these settings and now Konqueror opens in the current workspace. :)
PS: What is really strange is that I was really convinced that the problem was concerning other applications than Konqueror too. But since I removed these Konqueror settings, all apps seems to open correctly ! Maybe I should change my dealer, sorry for the noise.. ;p
