Ah, 3.2.1 packages just made it to Sid. I had the older 3.1.5 packages
installed. Guess that's the reason it didn't work.

in 3.2.1 Sid binaries. This is a convenient way to open pages which had
been closed due to a konqueror crash.

A very queer bug: Ctrl+[ and Ctrl+] don't work when konqueror is started
from the K menu. When konqueror is started from the run command dialog
(Alt+F2), the keyboard shortcuts work fine.

urprisingly, the default konsole font is rendered
properly. Could it be an upgrade issue?
Since the font worked for the other user, it couldn't be a fontconfig /
bitmapped fonts issue.
