While doing sponsor work on a prospective package that embeds a copy of
/usr/bin/extractrc, I found that it is licenced as

When i start an application via the K-menu (kickoff) then it takes very long
for the new window to appear. The bouncing icon even goes away and only
afterwards the window comes up. This happpens, e.g. with VLC player, iceape,
iceweasel
With KMail Version 1.13.7 this bug seems to be fixed, I just tried and it
works.

The main window of ktimetracker shows columns for the task name and time spend
on it. On startup, the column with the task name is sorted alphabeticaly. In
case I click on the columnt header of the time column, that column gets sorted.
