Review Request: libdebconf-kde

Hi, libdebconf-kde is a lib to show package dialogs on Debian based distros, meant to fix KPackageKit to work ok on those systems. It doesn't require any distro specific package just kdelibs. So if you can please just review the code :D If you want to test you run ./debkonf and export the variable
