At least kicker and quite likely other KDE apps (konqueror) completely
ignore Contex, Size and actual icon theme when reading icons. Stracing
kicker shows it stat-ing all over the place.

Setting new icon size via:
System settings --> Appearance --> Icons --> Advanced
Does not apply the new icon size to existing icons on desktop ( but new ones
are created properly )
