the problem was caused by some unknown miss configuration.
I got arround it with following procedure (all moves where done using vt's user
was not logged in with kde at this time):
1. mv ~/.kde/share/config ~/.kde/share/config.sav
2. log on to kde - some config wizard is running - sound should w

I tryed to use 'pkg-config --cflags QtCore' to compile a little program with
qt4, but this give me that line :
-DQT_SHARED -I/usr/include/qt4
Because in QT4, all headers are splited in subdirectory according to their
module, if I use this include directory, I should include for example

When KDE is launched, the volume window is displayed on the center of
the sreen and the volume is put down.
If I try to use kmix to put the volume up, the window put it down at the
same time.
If I disable kmilo autostart there's no problem.
