Update: I rebooted my computer, and now the "About" window appears. I
assume there's a problem just after upgrading OpenOffice...

Found the problem. I was using the current package in unstable which is 0.5h.
After upgrading to the sarge package 0.6.1 available on the baghira website
as you probably did, it works. So it is a problem in the earlier version of
baghira.

I confirm with my up to date sid on i386, OOo is unusable :-(
I'm using testing, openOffice, locales=es_CO up to date (yesterday... :) ).
I think is a good thing that openOffice on the first run should look at the
locales and autoconfigure itself.
