i've just noticed that on Impress it is not fixed as in Writer.
please see that Impress has the same main toolbar order as Writer does
as regarding to the RTL,LTR,align-left/right/center buttons (icons)

I need download openoffice.org-core (1:2.3.1-2~bpo40+1) and install with
dpkg, because it not installed automaticaly with "aptitude -t
etch-backports install openoffice.org"
And... the problem about background process in KDE bar when you open 2
documents with left double click (mouse) still do

Note that problems also arise when saving. If you have UTF-8 locale and tell
OOo to save a document with e.g. ç.odt, it will convert this to latin1.
Sounds like a related problem. Perhaps some layer is choosing a non-utf locale
based on the language and uses that unconditionally for two-way tra
