Do you mwan editing ewquations in the math editor? Does also work quite
fast here

Editing functions have considerable lag and a file save that would normaly
be done in a fraction of a second took nearly a minute. 69% CPU as well.

More precisely, what I'm seeing (on a single-core i686) is:
- The first launch of OOo works as expected; the splash screen
disappears when the program comes up.
- When I launch OOo again to load another document, the normal
behavior should be that the document is loaded by the existing
inst
