I've asked the people working on the Hebrew version of OO.org to check
this. Probably someone overwrote a variable with a hardcoded version number.
I'll update this bug manually, as there is no forward address for now.

i second that remark.
the time is indeed set to 15 minutes BUT the entire automatic save action is
disabled. i didn't disabled it !
how can i make sure it's set to enabled on a fresh install ?
