Some things about the translation to brazilian portuguese.
1) the name of .po file is 'pt_BR' and no only 'br', so, in a
environment with 'LANG=pt_br', oooqs open in english.
2) Roberto made your file in ISO-8859-1, so, when build the .mo file, it
broke some caracters, like a', a^, e
