In the original ice.cpp, there is a declaration of cyl_bessel_j of two template
arguments. So there are two different issues:
1. gcc ICEs on Richard's reduced code
2. it doesn't find the two-argument version of cyl_bessel_

gcj-4.1 fails to build from source on m68k. It appears that libxul-dev
is expected to be installed, however the build-deps say otherwise. The
last successful build of gcj-4.1 for m68k included libxul-dev in the
build-deps.
