standard Emacs documentation covering startup[2].
As for why Lua mode doesn't load, it isn't part of the standard Emacs
distribution. Are you sure that you have it installed and that it is
sitting in a directory that appears in
I use emacs21.3.
i don't understand why the files in '/usr/share/emacs/21.3/lisp/progmodes'
don't load. Is this issue only for debian?
where can i read how debian-emacs start up?
