hile I believe that Debians distributed packaging model with the packagers
being the more or less ultimate authority over decisions regarding the

During the last debcamp we took the opportunity to introduce some last

Wow, this seems like a really nice save -- I especially like objective 4.
I changed the names git.rc and .gitrc, as those might reasonably be
taken by the upstream package(s).
