that said, there's nothing wrong with hosting binary packages somewhere
else and if you do so without breaking my system i'll try them and
build support for gpg-age
ave to move the databases, i'd recommend against hard
coding where you put it. give the admin the option of where to put it.
he/she will know much more about where there's free space to put it.

functions/variables, so it certainly should not be in /usr/bin. hell,
it's not even executable.
