Hello,
When I looked I elogind a while back I was able to build a package
without having a public libelogind0, I basically had that in my
debian/rules file:

Bottom line, is libelogind even needed in the archive to achieve your goal
of having an implementation of the login1 D-Bus API not requiring systemd as
PID1?
Thanks.

Could you have a look?

This doesn't look fixed in 0.8.5-3, reopening the bug here

Hello,
Bug #945830 in tracker reported by you has been fixed in the

No idea why. Looks like we need to have python3-zeitgeist removed eventually.
However before that, I'm going for a workaround: Upload an experimental
version with higher version string, e.g., 1.0.2+py3-0. After that, upload
1.0.2-3 onto Sid with python
et python3-zeitgeist (--configure) :
installed python3-zeitgeist package post-installation script subprocess
returned error exit status 1
Looks like it's not compatible with python3.

Looking at the debian changelog, I personally removed that package back
in March 2018 because it was not compatible, not sure why it was
reintroduced:
zeitge
Package: tracker
Version: 2.3.1-1
Severity: serious

Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)
Hi,
Looks like tracker FTBFS on multiple architectures due to a/some
test(s).
