I raised the severity here as the procps package now Breaks packages built from src:manpages-l10n
But looking at the build logs, procps 2:3.3.17-1 is not adding any French and is only adding one German manpages, are these breaks even worthy?
Note that the w.procps.1 also look problematic and should probably be removed from the translations packages as well. procps install a w.1 -> w.procps.1 alternative symlink in English but there is nothing in the other languages
