In my opinion, python-gitlab and ruby-gitlab have "different functionality" because I believe you can't use the same syntax for each "gitlab". Therefore, the part about Conflicts or alternatives doesn't apply here. Thanks, Jeremy Bicha

Control: reopen -1 Respectfully, this is not an acceptable fix. It should be possible to have both python-gitlab and ruby-gitlab installed. Debian Policy § 7.4 says "Having similar functionality or performing the same tasks as another package is not sufficient reason to declare Breaks or Conflict
