Bug#882349: sra-sdk FTBFS with glibc 2.25

control: tags -1 pending I try to upgrade the package to latest upstream but as always upstream had changed the build system which needs further adaptions. If this might take longer time I'll simply apply https://github.com/ncbi/sra-tools/commit/e285ecd3fcd39eac2051ea7bccd5257c6dfb72ab.patch
