It looks like there was an API update in the upstream for
libplexus-component-metadata-java that hasn't made it into the Debian
archives as of yet. plexus-maven-plugin needs (AFAICT) at least version
1.3.1 of libplexus-component-metadata-java (Current is 1.0~beta3.0.7-2).
