For what it's worth, I use the cups web interface quite a bit on three
machines, one Sid and two Lenny, and haven't noticed any problems.

To the bug submitter: it might be useful if you provide configuration
files from your /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and printers.conf files...
On my side, I can't reproduce this bug at all and I'd recommend
setting its severity to "important" as the package is not broken for
everybody.
