Hi Rebecca,
Yes, we have been trying to resolve this issue, but unfortunately it is related
to internal Fortran state inside of SciPy's ARPACK implementation.
The problem is annoying: it means that successive normalized cut segmentations
do not give results that are bit-for-bit the same. Howeve
d, because these errors are (almost) impossible to reproduce.
(Furthermore the Kingston SSD moved to another PC.)

Dear Maintainer,
This bug basically makes the package unusable. I understand that adapting the
packaging to the new structure of Zotero-5 will take some time, but in the mean

Apparently this was changed in the mean time to a wording that makes it
clear it's only a polite request and not a legal requirement.
So, AFAICT it doesn't conflict with the DFSG (at least, not any more).

Hi,
I was also able to reproduce the problem you reported after fixing the
relocation error.
Attached is a debdiff; I committed all changes upstream as well.
Feel free to upload, I'll also ask my regular sponsor, but he's still on
vacation for some time.
Cheers,
Stefan.

but that may be a false hint.
@Volkmar, can you take a look? Newest git also shows doesn't build on unstable.
Thanks,
Stefan.

The problem is caused by libcap-ng0 0.7.9 . This is usually pulled in by php
extensions. There is nothing apache can do.
Unfortunately, downgrading to 0.7.7 from s
library can call pthread_atfork() in a safe way. libcap-ng0
should not do it.
